Shocking service

I saw a listing on Childmag for Adventure Farm which stated ALL areas. I emailed Joelle to ask if he was available to do my daughter's birthday party in Horizon, near Westgate. He said no problem. I must pay a R400 non refundable deposit to secure the booking. My husband then asked where they were and only after deposit was made, did I see that they were based in Cape Town. I then informed him of the error which we both made and requested that he refund the deposit. He said that it was my own mistake and that he was not going to refund it. I then said in that case if he saw were the party was, said he was available and I paid a deposit to secure the booking then I would expect him to attend the party in JHB. He's reply was, sure, I will fly there on my unicorn! he refuses to give me the money but has decided what he will be doing with my money for a service which was not rendered. He has a terrible attitude!
