Camping trailer Victron upgrade, had to return the trailer twice due to a totally unprofessional half baked job. Requested a number of items which were never delivered. The final straw was on collection there were several missing components, Doug and team denied ever seeing them despite photographic evidence. Dispute lodged with Consumer Protection Council as I provided them with time and a chance to put things right, they never even bothered to reply!
