Dealership Don't Deliver on Promise

I purchased a polo blue motion from Adventure Auto and prior to purchasing the vehicle I questioned the absence of the boot backboard. I was told at the time that it was removed to prevent damage during the auto valet and that it was safely stored away. On collection of the car the backboard was still absent and I was told that the back board was locked in the store room and that Gerrit didn't have the key so he would have it couriered to me. It has been a month now and after numerous calls to Gerrit which he kept avoiding me and not returning my calls, I still have not received the back board. He now tells me he can't help me. If lies and deception is the basis of Adventure Auto selling vehicles, I would warn all to stay clear of Adventure Auto Gezina.
