Advantec Better Health Better Mind sale complaint

I ordered a Treadmill from Advantec online and made an EFT on 21/09/2022 after which they sent an email informing me that I should expect delivery of my delivery by 14/10/2022.

Since 14/10/2022 I've been trying to make follow up emails but their account appears to have been disabled.

Can you assist me as I am unable to get through to them of late.
