<p>Paid for both online and face to face training. first training cancelled after we had arrived for training on the day. Second training cancelled only because I sent a confirmation the day before. i was then advised the course was cancelled and my daughter must have fallen through the cracks! My poor child now has no lectures to attend as her exams are in two weeks. Appalling service, *********. they advertise for courses that do not exist and do not run. do not use them at all</p>
