Very Very Bad Service

People beware of this insurance, they do everything not to pay when you claim. I claimed for something less than R3000.00 but they told me they can't approve my claim unless I have invoices. According to them, the stamps on my service book are disregarded and only invoices must be submitted for my previous services. How the hell am I going to have invoices of 2015 in 2016??? Funny enough, I claimed in January 2015 for my clutch and no tax invoices were asked from me, they checked my service book and approved since my service is up to date. Even then, I had to fight with them because they did not want to pay for my clutch, but after taking a legal action against them, they ended up paying for the clutch. Now a guy called Francois Fraser is declining my claim because I didn't keep the invoices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
