TERRIBLE REASONING FOR CLAIM DENIAL, PEOPLE SHOULD STAY COMPLETELY IF THEY KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR THEM.

<p>My clutch recently gave me problems to a point where my car was stationary and could not move anymore. I called AMP and told them about the issue I had and they told me that I must make arrangements and take the car to any registered worshop that can fix it. I paid for the towing and after the guys from the workshop did some diagnosis on the car they sent the necessary documents to AMP but they declined my claim with the reasoning being that the car was being driven with the clutch and accelarator on but the person who was telling me this was not even on the scene when all this happened. Their policy proposal states that they cover for towing and wear and tear on the parts but i could not understand why i had to pay for all these things that are covered on the insurance policy. The assessors just deny a claim with poor reasoning without even taking the time out to go see the vehicle physically. My policy number is 994694. I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE REASONING BEHIND THE REJECTION OF MY CLAIM AS THE POLICY PROPOSAL STATES DIFFERENTLY.</p>
