Claim Declined- due to work done

<p>They are the WORST . ABSOLUTELY the worst vehicle warranty company you can get.. I have my vehicle serviced at an RMI approved dealer (their recommendation). Serviced 1/2 of the required time frame(serviced every 12500km as opposed to 25000km(manufacturer recommendation). I make a claim for a repair to my DIFF & they decline it because it was repaired before they could approve the claim. I have had to fork out more than R3000 to hire a car while my car is in the workshop..</p> <p>(they saved over R16000 to have it repaired as the mechanic ordered just the faulty bearing & never replace the complete diff)<br />The RMI workshop deals with other warranty companies and has NEVER had this kind of response.<br />When i previously made a claim for a faulty part related to the fuel system, it was declined because the PART did not appear on their list of APPROVED repair parts.</p> <p>I claimed for my aircon they say that a leaking condensor is not covered.</p> <p>I am absolutely ****ed off. <br />The worst mistake anyone can make is using AMP.</p> <p>Hijackers / ******s & AMP are all the same. Know how to ***** from hard working people.</p>
