bad service

on the 2015/07/13 i took my car to a Motorsport dealer because it was giving me problems, there was some noise on the left hand side when i turned ...reported the claim and they send an assessor. A gentleman who works at claims told me that they wont pay because i drove my car to the dealer, it was suppose to break down and than there were going to pay. As a lady driver its not safe for me to wait last minute for my car to break down so that i can claim, and for the claim to be paid ....very disappointed with the service received. Actually i should get stuck and request to be towed for a payment to be done.... being loyal and honest doesnt work in S.A.
