AMP Wear and tear clause

I have seen AMP is not a company that responds so i will just warn everyone not to use them. Every car is subject to wear and tear which eventually will result in failure. So in essence every claim made can be tied to wear and tear clause besides i suppose if your engine was damaged due to an accident. I have a problem on my car with the head resulting in smoke and oil usage. AMP will not repair it because its obviously wear and tear but will apparently cover if the engine fails which obviously means the repair bill will be much higher. On further discussion the operator said due to oil usage it would indicate wear and tear so NO payout on complete engine failure.. I had a door actuator replaced by them without hassle which makes no sense because the actuator would have also failed due to wear and tear. So their interpretation of wear and tear is entirely up to them. When signing up you have no idea how severe their interpretation of WEAR AND TEAR is. And to make matters worse because i have made a successful previous claim there is no way i will be released from this cover.
