Unrealistic Warranty

Absolutely the worst after market warranty company out there. i have the platinum plan and the vanos unit on my bmw failed. my engine is covered up to R35 000.00 but for god knows what reason, Vanos is excluded from the engine. they are now offering to pay R8,500 on a R37,500.00 job. i cant see how they have have a limit of R8,500.00 when 1 vanos for the car is R11,568.00 and i need two of them.
