this insurance is a **** i got an authorisation for repairs in 20 January 2021, and the invoice was sent on the 1 of February 2021 for payment up to today 24 May 2021 the invoice still not paid. And now Muriel is telling me the invoice is 3 months old and they wont pay this invoice but in February they said it will be paid in 2 days even told the customer the same thing now the story changes. the worst part about this insurance is you can get hold of the ones to give you authorisation but the is no contact detail for the payment department is it that strange.
