Insurance warranty biggest **** ever

Why must this always be a battle. Once again my vehicle is broken and needs to be fixed.

One takes out this insurance in these events so it helps us pay for the fixing thereof.

This is not a new vehicle and ofcos the parts break. Hence again we take out these insurance. That we don't get for free mind you. So obviously wear and tear causes the parts to break. Claim denied due they don't cover WEAR AND TEAR, what a load of ********.

In this Case the turbo is broken and vehicle does drive without it. Why do you people always look for a reason not to pay out a claim rather than look for a reason to assist us clients who "again" paid for this service.

In these trying times you still find a way to bully us clients out not honor the deal that we paid for.
