Horrible service and rude manager

I have platinum cover with AMP. The flexplate on the car broke. They first said they would cover it as part of the gearbox, then they tried to say it was wear and tear, then they came up with the excuse that its not listed in the booklet (is it not part of the gearbox then?). The consultants are as rude as anything and when you want to know with who you are talking they don't want to give you any details.
