True kindness, ubuntu and remained professional in my wound healing process

I had a major operation that left me with an open wound that needed to be taken care of and it was a mission and half due to my high BMI. We might have had a rough starting in the process of them helping with my care however, Patrick who was the person who assisted me the most, showed so much kindness and understanding as it was also a mental stressing period. Through, he was diligent and professional. It took long but he remind hopeful in the process and took great care for my wound to finally closed. Thank you to you both! Patrick and Ben!
