Poor quality and communication

upon quoting the gentlemen did no effort to write down any of the problem areas discussed. The work required was to Waterproof and paint the exterior of our house and premises. by end of November 2020, the Work was done. at end of February 2021 I called to ask for someone to come do an inspection for the warranty on the work done, as the newly painted walls were starting to flake. by end of March 2021 I called yet again to inquire on anyone attending to this matter as no response was given, eventually throughout the month of April 2021 the Painting Contractor arrived at our premises to do an "inspection" which occurred within a time not as per the arrangement made. I was then informed that the gentleman who did the quote would get back to me soon. at the end of May 2021 I yet again phoned the offices to request when someone would be coming to do an inspection? as to where the Manager said he would arrange the the gentleman who quoted would get back to me with a time and date, yet again to no avail. I then phoned again to inquire what the process would be, and the Manager rep**** that He himself and the Ops-Manager would personally come do the inspection today 29 June 2021 between 09:00 - 09:30. It is now 10:45, and have not received any Communication as to the proceedings. I would not recommend this company as they have a serious lack of communication as well as average workmanship.
