Advanced Waterproofing.... Not advanced at all

After Advanced Waterproofing did the waterproofing on the roofs in our complex (Pine Lake Grove) we still had numerous complains of leaks. They always found an excuse why they are not responsible.

In the latest complaint their response was: "Pipes are too small to wp. I suggest that if you cant keep it clean then lets cut open the pipes, remove old wp around pipes and just put membrane. book it in"

Yet they waterproofed pipes that they state is too small to waterproof. This was their area of specialty yet they just did the work with the hope that it will last the guarantee period... We are disappointed.....

People... make up your own mind... remember that the regulatory authority (DWASA) has no clout to force this company to fix the faults, it merely suggests that things should be done.

Choose wisely... personally I will avoid them at all costs.
