Terrible borehole drilling and pump system

This guy present himself as a expert in borehole drilling, pump installation and water backup. However they took my money while they had no clue what they are doing. They installed a system that has no water when there is loadshedding, how stupid is that. When this incompetence was pointed out they avoided and ignored me without reply
