"Paid in Full, Then Left in the Dark

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service I received after making full payment. Since the payment was completed, there has been little to no communication, constant delays, and a complete lack of accountability. I expected a professional experience, but instead I have been left frustrated and ignored. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I am urging others to be cautious before doing business with this company. PLEASE DONT USE THEM IF YOU DONT WANT ANY FRUSTRATION. They will only come once and you will NEVER see them again - even after you paid.
