Poor quality product and service

On 29 July 2025 during a geyser replacement a new Advanced pressure valve 600psi was installed. On 20 September 2025 the valve failed and resulted in my household not having water over a weekend. The insurance company send plumpers and they were not able to get replacement from Advanced Valves because its weekend. Received sms from Advanced Valves on 20 September 2025 stating the matter will get attention in two days. Very disappointed and cannot recommend this local product. Failure of product in less than two months and poor customer service. Bad.
