Beware of ADVANCED PROJECTS AND BUILDING MANAGEMENT (PTY) LTD Operating as a Couple, Joshua and Jayshree Naidoo

I commissioned Joshua and Jayshree Naidoo, operating as Advanced Projects and Building Management (Pty) Ltd, to work on extension and breakdown some walls to create an open plan TV room, living room and dining room area on accepting a quotation from them.

The first sign of problems started with construction going on time overruns. The worse was still yet to come when a flat screen 50 inches Samsung TV set they mounted on the wall crashed to destruction.

These shortfalls happen at a point where they were paid to the level when only R3000-00 was withheld by myself pending sign off on the deliverables. Then, by some change in fortunes it rained in the middle of the night, when the whole roof became multiple fountains letting water into my house.

While we were struggling to scrub and expel the water, both Joshua and his wife Jayshree ignored repeated calls and messages to address the crisis.

I have documentary proof of all the glaring faults of amateurish poor presentation and just sheer lack of care of the job I entrusted them with.

I am in the process of suing for damages and the extra payments I had to make to correct what they should have done properly in the first place.

I warn anyone planning building works never to trust these amateurs and impersonators with work and hard earned money. Joshua *** or Jayshree ***
