<p>Thank you to the wonderful staff for their profesional and friendly service. This includes the admission staff, the nurses and sisters in the ward as well as the lady who made us coffee. You all made my mother feel at home with your warmth and kindness. The small gestures to make her feel relaxed and at ease before and after her sugery meant the world to her.
