Horribly regret using this company

I was able to wear the hair for a month. It knotted terribly and started to fall out. At R20000 for the system (excluding products, time, traveling), this is one of my biggest regrets.

I've been waiting since beginning of May for feedback on warranty. In the meantime had to spend another ****load of money on hair.

My own head was shaved and as such is limited to the type of alternative options available to hide this mess.
