I called them 4 days before going to the store. When I entered the store, I was greeted with a smile, they remembered my call and the details, and was helped very efficiently. When there was a small issue, they were willing to find a way to resolve it immediately. All my questions were answered, and I felt more like a guest than a customer. Gunsmithing is not an easy business, and I can only assume that this attitude will translate to quality of work. I can gladly recommend them for any firearm needs.
