Pathetic Company and subcontractor

Terrible company with terrible sub contractors. They recommended him(Steve Martin) and the manager of the company Chris, but mess up the floor, dont respond to messages , no communication. They had finished a job(quartz floor) in March, but I kept on saying it was not right, before tether finished. After finishing everything, then realised it's not good, and promised to come back to redo it. 4 months later they strip the floor, and now for the last 2 months I cannot use the area, af the new floor has not been ordered. Absolutely disgraceful and Arrogant
