SPARES ORDERD AND EFT THE MONEY - NON DELIVERY - NO REFUND

Mr Micacl Mason of Advanced Auto Spares and S****yard in Durban called me on 26 January 2021, after I have placed an request on the Honda Club fb page that I need certain spares. Mr Mason offered me the spares that I needed and his courier will deliver it in Piet Retief the same afternoon. I EFT the R750.00 which included the R100.00 courier cost to his Tymebank account and send him the proof of payment. The parts were never delivered and when enquired by whatsapp about it. Mr Mason gave all kinds of funny answers: 27.01.2021 1. Me: Good Morning Sir, So the courier did not deliver my Honda Crv badges yeserday in Piet Retief? Mr Mason: We waiting for the money to go in my account. the courier is there but on hold. 2. Me: Thank you for not keeping your word. My personal opinion is the you and your company are chancers as you did not have tyhe decency to klet me knoe that you are not going to deliver the goods. Mr Mason: We stop the money . It will go back to you. The courier is 10 minutes away from you. But payments. If you can do the cash send. Me: You see you are a chancer. Here you say you wait for the money to reflect and now you say you stopped it Mr Mason: Yes we stopped it Sir. Me: I dont believe a word you bare saying because you say this and the next moment you say that Mr Mason No. I tell them to give them now. Once you do the payment Me: That is not the way I do business. My word is my word. Thankyou for sending back my money. Just send me the proof that it was done Mr Mason: Yes sir but without payment Me: Send me the proof that the money was send back to me. I just checked my bank and the money was not yet in my account. Send me the proof that it was returned to my account. Mr Mason: I sent a email Me: To who? 28.01.20211. Me: Morning, the R750.00 which you claim that you have sent back is still not in my bank. You refuse to send me the proof that it was send back Or you ignoring my request because it was not done. What are you going to do nabout it? Mr Mason: I did not get no money. I stopped it.

And from this point Mr Mason ignored my whatsapps. I did not get no money. I stop it Me: My request to send me the proof of return of the money, was just ignored. My initial request to send me pictures of the parts was also ignored but I did give him my email address over the phone.
