took 3 years to come to repair the insured work of 5 years

I sent numerous emails and called advance waterproofing. my walls dampness and skimming after being re plastered was done terribly. My walls are still not skimmed . they have not repaired a part of my wall due to them banging my walls they have loosened it. my roof that i paid R 35000 was leaking through my ceilings. it took them 3 years and 2 tries before they got the roof right. My ceiling boards have still not been changed. The HR Manager who was sent ny the manager to view the work. came to my home reeeking of alcohol chewing gum. he did not view nothing of the roof. my total expense was R56 000 still not happy
