Do not use Advanced Skin Technology

When I arrived at the salon, I immediately felt unwelcome, as the lady just showed me that I should sit down for the other lady to start with my nails. The chair was uncomfortable and I was put in a narrow space in a corner. I didn't feel any special care was given to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I was at the salon to do a mani, pedi with just nail polish paint. Finished with my nails at 18:30 and toes at 19:25.

I am very upset and disappointed to have found that at 22:10, while getting ready for bed, my nails are smudging. It has been 3 hours after my nails were done.

I believe the reason is because the first coats wasn't given enough time to dry before doing the next coats. The nails was done for a special occasion.

I contacted them for a refund and they rep**** back that they will only redo my nails... Now I have to waste my time to go back and redo my nails, and they do not want to refund me. I was also told that they already rep**** to my email and will not reply to my email again. They also didn't want to give me the head office number for further enquiry. Bad customer relations.

I would not recommend anyone to do their nails with this entity.

I had to go to a different salon to fix their mess, the new salon did my nails perfectly within an hour and it was dry. I felt welcome and treated with respect.
