Birthday pain

Hi So this was my experience at advanced skin technology where I had decided today to get my nails done, I have not done my nails in a while but went in today last minute, no appointments, because it is my birthday. First of all the nail tech that did my nails ,very friendly and professional. The other ladies professional but came across very uppity for some reason,as though I were not welcome. Second I thing i thought was a little strange ,another lady came in and the other ladies were very interested in helping her, I assumed she must of been a regular customer, I feel if you want me to become a regular you could treat me with the same courtesy. So moving on to my nails ,the nail tech had to search around for a nail file to work with, she filed my cuticles raw ,then pushed my cuticles back with no form of cuticle gel or oil,i See I am a nail tech so I know the procedure ,I never tell another how to do their job,but in this case is it the owner or nail tech at fault regarding lack of equipment, she could not properly finish filing my nails ,it hurt so bad. I have had people starting nail courses that hurt me less.
