Advanced skin technology

Advanced Skin technology in Woodlands Pretoria is not as advanced as they claim to be. The so called owner Angelina Petrova Smith has a pathetic attitude with no respect for others. I had app**** for a Manager position advertised. This woman invited me for an interview with no time mentioned. I had to try call, email, message and whatsapp to finally get her response.

I arrived at the salon exactly on time. I was the first one to be interviewed that day. She made me wait for very long and only rocked up after 1hour 30min, she did not even excuse herself for waisting my time. I was running late as I had somewhere else to be. She took another hour for my interview. She did not even look at my CV and started undermining me on every single thing. She still had an attitude to tell me that if I am late then I wont get paid (uuuhh from what I remember, she was the one that made me wait, I was perfectly on time).

If anyone is applying for this salon, please save yourself and dont waste your time because this woman wants someone she can exploit and insult. I could see that everyone that worked in this salon was from Zimbabwe and she was exploiting them. She will try to outsmart you to get you in and if you object or ask a smart question, she starts undermining you and your experience, including the previous place that you have worked for.

This rude woman wanted to keep me in to listen to her pethetic words for another hour. She has no respect for anyone or their time. She acts superior and makes you feel ****. I couldnt waste my time or imagine working for someone like that so I excused myself and left. Later that day, I messaged her in a polite manner to reject her offer. All this time she NEVER rep**** to any of my messages or email but I got a reply within 2 seconds on this perticular message. This was her reply, " someone else has already filled in for the position that you came for, we have hired someone that came after you" I couldnt believe this woman. She was stupid to send me a message like that because after few weeks I was telling one of my friend about this and I found out from her (who goes for her nails there) that she was lieing because they still dont have a manager and she exploits these poor girls. She only goes there to support the girls. And everyone there is from Zimbabwe working on a low income.
