Very disappointing customer service

Advance Pools installed our pool in July 2017. We contacted them about a problem with the paving (which they ignored) and then a problem with the pump (under guarantee) which they pushed us to the supplier.

Seems reasonable until you consider the suppliers policy is not to come out to inspect so I have to uninstall the pump myself and drive an hour to their shop for them to review.

Avoid Advance Pools, once they have your money there is no support.
