Thank you Advance Pools

When a company says they will deliver on a specific date, my reaction is "oh sure🙄, we will wait and see" and privately add on a few days or weeks. So it was so refreshing and pleasing to receive regular updates on the progress of our order of a fiberglass pool and to receive delivery on the promised day. 🎉 All emails were promptly rep**** to, queries were answered, communication with Philip and Ian was easy via WhatsApp and when I changed my mind on the day before delivery and asked for the DIY KIT to be added, the reply came back from Philip "Done!" I think that epitomizes Advance pools... They get it done and do it well! KG was just just amazing. He manouvered that trailer and pool through the tightest places and over the most difficult terrain. When he reversed out with 1 inch to spare we all cheered.... It was master driving! Thank you to all at Advance Pools. It is not a cliché to say "It was a pleasure doing business with you"
