Replacement of gunite pool with new fibreglass pool.

We used Advance Pools Cape Town branch. We dealt with Reinard and Henry and his construction team. They were all very professional, courteous, punctual, honest. The guys were on site early every day, worked fast and got the job done in the time specified. The workmanship was of excellent quality. The admin team created a whats-app group consisting of management, admin, sales, construction and us as the client and we were kept updated on progress regularly with pics etc. If we had any concerns or queries they were answered almost immediately on the group and when asked to lower the pool slightly, it was done without hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an existing gunite pool which had a leak, which they dug up and replaced with a new fibreglass pool. We are very satisfied with the service as well as the finished product. Their price was also very competitive. Thank you guys for a job well done!
