I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the installation and after-service support from Ghalil Moola and his team at Advanced Pools. It has been a year since my pool was installed, and I cannot fault the installation process. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. What truly stands out, however, is Ghalil's unwavering commitment to after-service. As a new pool owner, I had numerous questions along the way, and Ghalil was always available to address my concerns. He consistently went the extra mile, even visiting my home to conduct personal checks on my pool. I must admit that I neglected my pool during the winter, but thankfully, Ghalil came to the rescue. He ensured that my pool was ready just in time for summer, alleviating my worries. As a new pool owner, our greatest fear is often the adequacy of after-service support. I want to reassure anyone considering Advanced Pools that you are in excellent hands with Ghalil and his team. Thank you once again for the outstanding service.
