Advance Pools - Substandard contractors used for installations

We purchased a pool from Advance Pools in 2015, 4 years later we needed to obtain the services of a pool specialist to come and help with a suction line problem. upon further investigation, the pool specialist found that the coupling used to connect the weir to the suction line, never received the required plumbers twine or tape to ensure the coupling sealed properly, which led to the coupling leaking and creating the leak in the suction line. we paid a premium for the pool plus the services required to have this pool installed, only to find 4 years later the installation was below standard.
