NEVER USE ADVANCE POOLS - THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED
Good day, Our swimming pool was installed Dec 2024 and since then repair work was already done, it was done so poorly as the pool cracked and chipped. We contact Phillip again to tell him about the pool AGAIN losing water, have bumps and chipped,but never returned our call or even bother to came out, we kept enquiring and phoned to only then find out that Phillip left the Gauteng Advance Pools and then Corne was put in his place. Since Jan 2026 we struggling to get our swimming pool fix after Corne also made promises, he eventually came out to view our pool, He told us that he now have to fixed all the poor work that Phillip have done, but still it is now June.... we still await for our pool to be fixed, so who is at fault here, us or ADVANCE POOLS, it cost us a hell of money and we can't even enjoy a nice pool or even have friends and children over cause it is a mess. We kept phoning, promises are made by Corne, but still we awaits the Company to fix our pool. Please don't consider using these guys cause it will just cost you money at the end and you will be ending up with a poor pool and a lot of debt
