Paramedic No Knowledge

“Advance Paramedic Assist” This is the ambulance service that transported me to the hospital on the 16th of June around 8H00. I would appreciate it you could investigate my complaint The the ambulance that transported me to the hospital was very disappointing Even though there were three “paramedics” the person that was attending to me, asked the bystanders if there was any person with “Noodhulp kennis” as he needed help with moving me from the road onto the ambulance bed He needed someone to secure my neck and shoulders. One of the bystanders had to help, even though he had NO knowledge. The ambulance person had NO MASK. He phoned the hospital to advise them that we were on our way and kept referring to my left leg and hip, I corrected him twice. They were talking to some guy whose wife just had a baby and I was begging to get to the hospital so that I could be helped with pain ****ers. (he was unable to administer the drip as he couldn’t find a vein. (this was the number he was contacted on ***1 Advance Paramedic Assist)
