Extremely dishonest: Advance CCTV Solutions and CCTV Genie

This company operates as CCTV Genie (https://www.facebook.com/CCTV-GENIE-***) and Advance CCTV Solutions (https://vymaps.com/ZA/Advance-Cctv-Solutions-***/).

Be aware that the owner of this company is extremely dishonest. A deposit of R3,000 was paid to him in December 2021 to install a camera system. The system was still not installed by the end of January 2022. When we reminded him, he said he had forgotten about the installation.

A meeting was scheduled at the installation site, but he didn't show up. He didn't respond to our calls. There was a different business at the address that was on the invoice.

We have sent numerous emails to *** requesting a refund with no response.

We have now filed a case with SAP in the hope that the money will be refunded.
