DISHONEST AGENT - ADVANCE CCTV SOLUTION

Purchased the 8 Channel Hikvision comlete with the 2TB Surveilland drive with installation in September 2019. All installed with a 2nd monitor supp**** which was not the deal - should have been new monitor. In October we wanted the review recorded video however our IT technicians open the DVR only to see not Hard Drive was installed. Have tried to contact Mr Randall Plaatjies on numerous occassions however he does not takes my calls nor returns my calls . Messages sent to him VIA whatsapp are read by Mr Plaatjies but with response - he is on leave and not taking calls.
