******* artists say that they have to take your appliance away. They then call you and say that they have to replace the motor for R1200.00 They return the machine and I made payment. After 1 day the washing machine was doing the exact same thing as before. I called Frank and he said he will come back but his bakkie has broken down. I have called all of his numbers ********** 756 and ********** 087 daily since then and he just switches his phone off . I have also emailed them numerous times over a period of 2 weeks.

I had no choice but to call out another company who verified that the motor was never replaced and neither where the bushes changed. The new company replaced the bushes in the motor at a cost of 450.00 and the machine is now working .

I have demanded that they reimburse me the 1200.00
