Waste of time

Sureswipe is a big let down . Let's get started. 1. When I sat down with them in 2019 they I told them want cc machine I wanted . When the installed the machine the gave me the worng machine. 2. They didn't do a proper training on how to use the cc machine .( But lucky enough I've been using cc machines before easy to figure out ) 3. When you send a email for assistance for changing something they only promise someone to call you . 4.when you call you never get throw . 5. With this hole viurs / covid 19 they don't bother offering assistance or support. So I have stopped supporting Sureswipe and have cancelled my contract with them . But know they just want to get all the money they can from you . Also there finance team is useless they told me that I have a out standing balance of R 1596.20 so I payed but now a company called Accountability agency has sent me a email saying that I have to pay R867.10 .as there finance team can't do their jobs properly. So do your self and favour and say away from them.
