TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MYRTLE NOT JUST ONCE

Absolutely no service from Myrtle or her colleagues always struggle to get hold of them, never replies even though we explain to her that the situation is urgent she just has a no care attitude and will do something about the situation when it suits her. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!
