Sureswipe warning

Beware when dealing with this company. Their gift card product was pitched to me and I was never told that they would take the gift cards amounts from my account. I focused heavily on promoting gift cards with special offers to boost cash flow. In the meantime Sureswipe then took the money for each transaction from my account without me knowing. What would the purpose of gift cards then be if I could not use it to boost cash flow. Why give it to Sureswipe to keep? What would the benefit to me then be? Once I questioned this the rep told me that she explained this to me which is a total lie. We were doing just fine using beautifully printed gift cards in the past and I would never have signed up for any of their services if I had known this is how they operated. I was very happy with my Yoko and paper gift cards. I did try to use their card machine a couple of times which resulted in embarrassment as it did not work with the connection or signal being bad. I complained about not being informed about their "taking" money out of my business account and they refunded me. Now many weeks later I received a notice from a credit bureau that they handed me over for an amount of over 14k I know nothing about. Please do not deal with this company and stick to your paper or electronic gift card system and rather get a Yoko.

Dear Petra  We are very sorry you feel this way. We have completed a thorough investigation into your complaint stated above, including emails and whatsapp correspondences in which your Account Manager explained to you over and over again how our Gift and Loyalty programme works. We are very sad to hear that you still don’t understand how our system works even after she took the time to personally visit your on more than one occasion to demo the product, explain costs and help you to understand how it could grow your business. We have many retailers who have successfully implemented our Gift and Loyalty card programme, are very happy with how it is growing their business.  You signed a contract with us acknowledging that you understood that your account will be debited with all transaction and rental fees. We also noted your cancellation was logged in June 2018 after your May invoice returned unpaid. Your May and June invoices were not settled with us, thus resulted in you being handed over to our lawyers as per due process.  Kindly ensure all payments are settled as soon as possible. Should you require any assistance please email ***  We wish you the best of luck in future.  Kind regards The Sureswipe team

Best regards,
