Sureswipe poor customer service

We are running a company and make use of Sureswipe speedpoint service. Recently a large amount was processed and approved on our speedpoint but when it was time for Sureswipe to process transaction into our business account as per contract, they made stories with our money. Note this transaction took place on the 7th March 2020 and today is the 20th March 2020 and still they are giving us a run around on our money though the bank validated and confirmed payment of the funds into their account. Never ever make use of Sureswipe as they will eat your business funds for no reason while they give you bull**** stories. Rather make use of FNB, Capitec or other but not Sureswipe. We had to even take the matter up to the attorneys.
