Sureswipe Pathetic Service

Pathetic Service from Sureswipe (Consultant Demi) Our Company bought 5 Sureswipe Devices & 5 printers 6 months ago , After phoning in to Purchase another Bluetooth Printer on the 10th October , i was told to fill in a Request form and mark at the 'Purchase' block the quantity etc. I completed the said documents and emailed it back to them with no response.. When i followed up this morning Demi stated no mail was received , after sending it again to same email address she said that the option for Purchasing is no longer available... i then told her in a disbelieved/raised voice - that she is the one that had me on hold untill she can find out the process of the Purchase , then gave me documents to complete and now all of a sudden its no option !! They can only rent the machine from now on... We paid cash for all the Devices and it was a lot of money that we invested in this company !! But this type of Service is Pathetic and they are *********** , you cant tell a CUSTOMER that a option is available and all of a sudden its not available anymore
