SURESWIPE - IRREGULARITIES
During the unrest, my business was burnt to the ground... I called Daniel and he said he sent emails to the relevant people. This company is billing me for the products I cancel and no turnaround time .. There is no accountability or responses whatsoever Please help get this sorted

They have now taken 3 months additional without contacting me even though I made the request to Daniel who advised that they can suspend the account instead of cancelling it..
Their lines are always busy and when you finally get through, they pass the buck to some else.
Godfrey is now sending emails without proper consultations and hiding behind the sureswipe banner of non response to calls..
I even tried calling the financial manger but to no avail
Lindi and Tholakele started the process and I sent the whatsapp chats to both (between Daniel(he left sureswipe) and myself) expecting a favorable response.
I challenge anyone in sureswipe who have the guts and call me to rectify this
