Seriously, waiting 3+ weeks for a quote!!!
What a service delivery joke, seems SureSwipe doesn't want any more business... 15 Feb - Sent a website request for a quote 15 Feb - Received an email from Angus Kumena 15 Feb - Sent info for a quote (4 non-POS integrated PED's and one mobile PED. roughly R1 Million+ cumulative swipes p/m) 16 Feb - Angus asks for the current rates we pay, not going to share that info thank you very much. I just want a quote... 23 Feb - I follow up with Angus 23 Feb - Angus responds, "I am just waiting for details for the pads and I will send you the breakdown. Apologies for the delay." 9 March - Still no response...
Seriously, what a joke. I might regret this but please send me a quote...
