Ive been with Sureswipe for more than two years. Had constant problems regarding service and billing related issues. I refuse to pay R285.00 for a unpaid debit order and have occasionally asked them to cancel the debit order system so that i can effect manual payments as i do with the rest of my creditors. I cancelled my service with them and requested the last invoice. Received the invoice and ensured that funds were available in my account as per invoice. They debited a extra R285.00 and as a result my debit returned unpaid. Who is responsible for the bank fees? Creating a negative status at my bank and costing me unnecessary extra fees time and time again. Poor communication between their staff members.

Cancelled my service but facing ongoing stress..............

Hi Dalion
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We believe that your account manager and our accounts department is in discussion with you and has already advised you as to why you owe us the R 285.
As you short paid R285 to us in December 2016, the outstanding amount is added to your January invoice. This is the reason for the R285 additional charge on your January invoice. You are also responsible for your bank charges as the onus is on you to ensure funds are available.
We have also reviewed all the communication between you and our team in which you acknowledge that you are in arrears with all your accounts not just Sureswipe.
We are very sorry that you cancelled your contract with us and wish you all the best with your new service provider.
Kind regards the Sureswipe Team
Best regards,
