Poor service and cheap non-working equipment

<p>If you get hold of the guys after you have signed, it's very rare. Service is really lacking and we had no luck using their mobile machine even once over a period of months. When technicians came in and checked, they left saying it was working...then comes the customer and guess what - does not work. After repeated attempts, I cancelled the contract and asked for a refund. They cancelled and charged me a cancellation fee. This company really has lots to learn, especially in such a competitive market. I am now looking into more reliable ways of taking card payments - and there are lots. Can't beleive I went for Sureswipe. What a pity...</p>
