pathetic sevice

Absolutely useless, get no feedback and no response, and they take money from your account after contract was ended, Anton the rep doesnt answer his phone and when he doe s he doesnt keep to his promises. the call centre doesnt keep to there promises to phone you back . they issue invoices with 100% vat on!!!! anton assured me I can cancel contract within 6 months if i am not happy. this seems to be impossible, phoned in november and lady in call centre told me contract was closed and machine will be collected but they have along list of machines to be collected, nothing happend, phoned steven at call centre on 4/12 and 5/12. said accounts will call me back after investigating, nothing happened, on 7 dec anton said contract canceeled per email and he would collect machine on thursday-- still waiting. on tue 15 dec they again collect money from my account.
